Teteria Kasbah

Hilarious. Lisa and I went to a teteria - a tea shop, one of probaby at least ten near the Plaza Nueva, which specialize in all kinds of teas, Middle Eastern pastries, belly dancing, and also tobacco. Hence, we randomly decided, after never smoking anything in our lives (ok, so I'd had about two drags on a cigar once, but Lisa was a total neophyte), that we wanted to try one of the fruit tobaccos, which are smoked using a shisha/water bong, as shown. Naturally, though, we had no idea what we were doing, and despite our best efforts, we were barely able to smoke it at all. Comical. Apparently we're so absurdly straightlaced that we pretty much failed to achieve enjoing even a minor vice. However, I did get a few decent puffs (an actual cloud of smoke came out of my mouth), and to my surprise I found that the tobacco tasted quite pleasant - like peach (good, since that was what we'd ordered) and not at all smoky.
